Bedding

I finally picked the crib bedding! I found it on beyondbedding.com, and then ordered from ebay. I've never ordered from ebay before and it was fun! I got a GREAT deal on it and it's brand new, never been used! It comes with everything on the crib (quilt, crib skirt, sheets, pillow), the window valance, the diaper stacker, and the toy bag. It's too cute!

2 Months til Baby Adams!

and we are trying to get everything ready! Which is hard to do when you fracture a ligament in your ribs! So I have been coughing and sneezing for the past 6 weeks and have tried every medication my dr. has given me. Nothing has really worked. On Weds. night I was laying on the couch watching tv when I had a huge coughing fit. I felt something pop followed by SERIOUS pain in my left rib cage. I couldn't move without a burning pain. So I called James and he left to come home, and then I called the HOB b/c I didn't know what to do. Luckily Bob was home and came over to help. Meanwhile, as James was driving home, he called his boss' wife who lives near us, to come check on me. It was like a sitcom with everyone trying to help me! :)

(Oh, and I just happened to be wearing James' Big Event shirt from college. The nurses' all though I had a t-shirt made for Baby A's "Big Event"! It was hilarious!)

We called my dr. and she told us to head to the ER. So we did, and it turns out that I probably fractured a ligament or something like that. They didn't want to do an x-ray b/c of the baby. I got some pain pills and they sent me home. So I have been resting for the past 2 days and I am feeling a lot better. I still need help to get up, sit down, etc, but it doesn't hurt nearly as bad. They also gave me an inhaler and nasal spray which is helping with the cough. Seriously, this pregnancy stuff is hard!!!

James stayed home with me yesterday though, and got a lot more work done on the nursery. It's almost done!

32 weeks - watch out for the big ol belly! :)

Update

Well, James is making a lot of progress on the nursery!! He has worked all weekend (with a lot of help from Bob) and it is looking good. He framed out the window, painted the ceiling, sanded and painted all of the moldings, and textured and painted the walls! We went with a peachy color. It will look great with the dark wood crib and pink and brown bedding. So it would be great to post some pictures, right? Well our stupid camera is NOT working!!! And then James tried to fix it, and I think he just completely broke it. So we are adding that to our list of things to buy ASAP. :) I will hopefully be able to post some pictures soon!
