Time Flies

Wow, I don't know how we got here, but here we are.  Audrey had her Graduation at school last night and is officially ready for Kindergarten.  I am so excited for this next "season" in our lives, but am sad about leaving this stage.  The one where Audrey has been at Whistlestop for the past 4 years.  Where we know every single teacher and they truly love Audrey.  Where Audrey knows and looks forward to playing with all of her friends, and has formed some true, close friendships.  Where I know all of the other parents and have formed some true friendships with them as well.  It's sad to leave them, but we are so lucky to have had such a wonderful experience at Audrey's first school.  I know that the friendships we've made will continue and Audrey will get to make new friends in Kindergarten.

Here is her Spring School Picture.  How stinkin cute is she??

No words.  James swears there is a picture of Amanda that looks exactly like this one!

Ready for the big night

Her sweet friend Charlotte

Her teachers and directors did an AMAZING job with the Graduation.  They sang songs, did chants, and read what each child wanted to be when they grew up.  The mommies were in the back with tissues.

Audrey did GREAT!!  I am so proud of her and all she has learned and become.

Here she is with Roman.  These two, oh my goodness.  She talks about him constantly.  She says they are going to get married.  She has even come home from school with rings he has given her.

Train rides

Such a fun night.  Grandpa and Candy were there too, but I wasn't able to get a picture!

Miss Vera.  Audrey's very first teacher at Whistlestop.  She is the absolute sweetest, most loving person.

Miss Marie was also Audrey's first teacher, and then we got lucky and she was moved to the Jumpstart class (where Audrey is now) so Audrey got to have her again.  We love her.

I have looked forward to this night for so long, and I can't believe it's over.  Kindergarten, here we come!
